Sources & attribution

Every result carries a visible link to the listing on the source marketplace, and the transaction always happens there. Harbena never reproduces a listing as if it were its own inventory and never inserts itself between buyer and seller.

For each indexed listing we retain and display the source marketplace, the original URL, the original language and title, the original asking price and currency, and the timestamps of when the listing was published, first discovered and last checked.

Listing text and photos belong to the sellers and the marketplaces that host them. Harbena claims no ownership of listing content. Translations and summaries are derived works provided for search and comparison, always labelled and always linked back to the original.

Our discovery systems respect robots directives, rate limits and other technical restrictions marketplaces publish. Where a marketplace does not wish to be searched, it is not searched — its entry is marked planned or disabled rather than worked around.

The marketplace directory labels every source with its actual technical relationship: official API where one exists and we are permitted to use it, search discovery where we query public search like a person would, and planned where coverage is not yet live. We do not claim partnerships or APIs that do not exist.
