00How it works

From one sentence to every relevant listing in Europe

Harbena is a search instrument, not a chat assistant. You describe what you need once; the system turns it into structured criteria, runs it against national marketplaces in their own languages, and shows its reasoning at every step.

  1. Describe what you need

One precise sentence — model, variant, must-have attributes, budget. Harbena turns it into structured criteria you can review and edit.

  2. Harbena searches local marketplaces

The same search runs on national platforms in Danish, German, Dutch, Swedish and more — using the terms local sellers actually write.

  3. Compare, translate and create alerts

Results are merged, translated and ranked with visible reasons. Save the search and get alerted when new matches appear.

01Query interpretation

Your sentence becomes structured criteria

The interpreter extracts the category, brand, model and required attributes from your query. The result is shown as editable criteria — you can correct or tighten any field before the search runs. Nothing is hidden inside a prompt.

Category

02Local terminology

Searched the way local sellers write

A Danish seller lists a "bådmotor", a German seller an "Einbaumotor mit Wellenanlage". Literal translation of your query would miss both. Harbena expands each search with the terms actually used on each national platform, then translates the results back for you.

Danish
bådmotor · skibsmotor · indenbords
German
Einbaumotor · Bootsmotor · Wellenanlage
Dutch
scheepsmotor · binnenboordmotor · keerkoppeling
Swedish
båtmotor · inombordare · backslag
03Duplicate merging

One item, one result — however many places it is listed

Sellers often post the same item on two or three platforms. Harbena compares titles, photo metadata, prices and locations to merge cross-posted listings into one master result that shows all of its sources. You see "3 sources merged" instead of three near-identical rows — and every source URL remains visible.

04Ranking

Ranked with reasons, never a black box

Each result carries a match score with the reasons behind it — "Exact model 3GM30F", "KM2P shaft gearbox included" — and equally visible warnings, such as an estimated rather than documented figure. Attributes inferred by analysis are marked as inferred. Risk indicators flag patterns worth reviewing before you commit; they are indicators, not verdicts.

05Alerts

Save the search, stop repeating it

A saved search keeps scanning on a schedule — daily on the free plan, twice daily on Pro. New matches land in your discovery feed and by email, marked with a cobalt "New" indicator. Hourly scanning for trade users is in development and will be labelled as such until it ships.
